• Any booked charter may cancel within 30 days of charter date without penalty.

 

• No refunds for charter cancellations within 30 days unless another charter is booked for the same day. We will make our best effort to do so.

 

• Any cancellation due to weather or mechanical problems are refunded 100 %

 

• Any cancellations made by Yacht Charters Puerto Vallarta are refunded at 100 %

 

• Cancellations within 30 days may credited to a future cruise on another date. credited
